Etched in Glass is the real-life account of how one remarkable Polish Holocaust survivor found a second life in America and dedicated himself to helping people. Only 9 years old when he was first taken by the Nazis, Steve Ross miraculously survived 10 concentration camps. His experience in the camps – as well as his memory of liberation when a kind American soldier showed him the compassion he hadn't seen in years – shaped his life moving forward. While working with disadvantaged youth and establishing the iconic New England Holocaust Memorial in Boston, Ross continued his tireless search for the kind soldier who changed his life.
