Advance Sales
Tickets to many programs can be purchased at our outlets. Certain venues require that tickets be purchased only from them; See Separate Ticketing below.

To use your credit card or to order tickets by phone, call the Springfield JCC at 413-739-4715. A handling fee of $1.50 will be added to the ticket price. Phone orders are mailed up to 5 days before the requested screening or can be picked up at the door.

At the Door
Tickets to all shows can be purchased at the door – by check or with cash only – for as long as seating is available. Tickets go on sale 30 minutes before show time unless otherwise noted.

Seating  
Seating is not reserved. Come early; tickets do not guarantee seating.

Campus Screenings  
Bay Path College - free of charge
Springfield College – free of charge to Springfield College students & faculty with valid college ID

Refunds  
Available only for cancelled or rescheduled programs. Due to circumstances beyond our control, certain films may be rescheduled or cancelled without prior notice.

    Tickets for Ajami, The Worst Company in the World, and The Life and Times of Hank Greenberg may only be purchased at the door or online at www.amherstcinema.org

    Tickets for A Matter of Size in Greenfield may only be purchased online at www.gardencinemas.net or at the door.
  • Shelburne Falls, Memorial Hall – MH
    Tickets for Crossing Delancey may only be purchased at the door.
  • Smith College – SC/WH
    Tickets for City of Borders may be purchased online at www.outforreel.org; in advance at our outlets; or at the door. (Doors open at 7:15)
